For New Construction, we offer turnkey solutions on the following credits*:
- WAT02: Water monitoring (1 credit)
- WAT03: Water leak detection and prevention (2 credits)

- POL01: Impact of refridgerants (1 credit) – Leak detection
- HEA02: Indoor air quality (1 criterion of 1 credit)

- BREEAM Version 6 New Construction (International, UK)
- BREEAM-NL New Construction and Renovation 2023
- BREEAM-NL New Construction 2020
WAT02: Water monitoring
The latest BREEAM International New Construction version 7 requires a Water Monitoring and Management System, such as our AquaVision systems.
WAT03: Leak detection system & Flow control devices
With the Cadis AquaVision and MBV-Savers, two credits can be obtained for issue WAT03.
POL01: Impact of refrigerants
Refrigerant gases are very harmful to the environment so it is essential to detect leaks. BREEAM requires this in POL01 and Cadis can do everything for you to meet the specification.
ENE02: Energy monitoring
To achieve this credit, all separate building sections and rental areas must be equipped with an energy meter that can be read digitally. We provide you with the meters, installation, integration and everything you need as a complete solution. We have a turnkey solution for all consumption flows: electricity, heat, cooling, gas, …
HEA01: Indoor air quality
With our proprietary Cadis Indoor Environment Monitors (CIEM), we measure temperature, CO2 level and humidity in the room with a wireless relocatable sensor.
